Joseph Fedorowsky 

As a practicing attorney Joseph Fedorowsky has represented numerous nonprofit and religious groups on formation, structure, administrative, tax, constitutional and criminal law issues, and has litigated in state, federal and foreign courts.

Joseph Fedorowsky has successfully litigated hundreds of injury and substandard housing cases involving mental and emotional distress claims, which provided an experiential window into handling conflict and disempowerment issues. Designated as a Special Master in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, he has also personally evaluated over six hundred child abuse cases.

In addition to having attended Pepperdine University School of Law, Joseph Fedorowsky received a Bachelor Degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Arizona. His law practice includes a focus on litigation, nonprofits, trusts, real property, intellectual property rights and specialized financial transactions.

Joseph Fedorowsky is widely recognized for his extensive knowledge and experience in the field of personal development. He is well studied within Eastern and Western traditions along with related source materials, and incorporates developed connections involving a broad spectrum of mentor personalities. He also has a working knowledge of a wide variety of belief systems and is well aware of cult dynamics, victimization and associated trauma issues.

Forty plus years of involvement in the field has provided Joseph Fedorowsky with extensive exposure to a broad range of existential and personal identity source concepts and experiences. He is also practiced in sidereal astrology, past life regressions, metaphysical healing and related fields.

Joseph supports and promotes the implementation of principles of empowerment for youth through the Empowered Youth Resource Center. He is a Founding Director of a nonprofit publishing house which prints ancient Vedic texts in numerous languages and countries worldwide. 

He is also the co-founder of a series of project centered around visionary designs for a fully-sustainable 21st Century eco-city, including Project Regenesis 501c3 and Global Regenesis Corporation.

Access Empowerment LLC was established by Joseph Fedorowsky to share information on the nature, source and expression of personal power and empowerment, and to share a conceptual framework for topics generally associated with personal development, self help and similar. A series of web-based educational programs have been developed as a result which offer helpful information on how to access and express your own personal power and freedom.
